Delivery is free of charge for all orders totalling £30 (ex VAT) and over. Orders costing less are covered by a small fee of £5.95. However, if you are a regular user, talk to one of our account managers about setting you up for a free delivery service based upon estimated annual usage.

For the Channel Islands and other offshore islands, please add a £10 delivery charge, although orders totalling above £150 are brought to you free of charge.

All prices exclude VAT.

Some items (such as furniture) may require additional delivery time. If you've any queries regarding times or prices, please call 01342 710400 and we'll be glad to assist.

Backorders and Returns

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. Please complete a returns request which can be found in the eAccount section on this website. 

All products showing the delivery exceptions image icon will incur an additional delivery charge and may in some case have longer lead times. 

If any item that you have ordered does not arrive please email us with the following information: 

  • Delivery note number
  • Internet order number
  • Product code and description of the item(s)
  • The quantity of each item(s) ordered
  • The quantity of each item(s) recieved
